What temperatures can Biktrix products handle?

Our e-bikes have been ridden from -30C (pretty common here in Saskatchewan) to +50C(we have some customers in Dubai) (-22F to 122F)

It is always prudent to charge batteries at room temperature. While parking bikes in the sun, the surface temperatures on the bike and batteries can sometimes get very high - in this situation it is recommended to bring batteries indoors.

When storing bikes for winter or prolonged periods of non-riding, the best practice is to charge the battery at least once every couple of months for at least a few mins.
