Introduction
If you are installing a Range Extender battery on your Ultra FS Pro or XD FS Biktrix eBike you may need to rotate the rear shock to ensure the lockout knob doesn't contact the battery while riding. Follow these steps for how to rotate your rear air shock and allow smooth operating while riding.
You will need the following tools to do this:
6mm Allen Key
5mm Allen Key - Two of these
Long Allen Key or wooden rod/dowel
Once you have these things proceed to the next step!

Step 1
To begin, remove the rear wheel from your bike. If you are not sure how to do this consult the guide attached below!
Remove the top bolt holding your rear shock to the pivoting assembly. To do this use two 5mm Allen Keys, one to hold the bolt head steady while rotating the other Counter-Clickwise to unthread the bolt. Take care not to loose these when they are undone!
