"Warranty Void" sticker broken/ removed on eBike Battery
If this sticker is broken/ doesn't exist on your eBike battery, do not worry this will have no impact on your eBike's standard warranty.
We are working on solving this for our customers, however, during shipping, handling and packaging these stickers are known to come off or break and therefore we do not consider them as a reference for the warranty on our eBike batteries.
Your eBike's battery is warranted for manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Any evident tampering to the internals or errors/ defects arising due to misuse, improper storage, or operating conditions does not warrant your eBike battery for a replacement or fix.
