Rotate the Lockout Knob "Clockwise" so that it is fully unlocked.
Unscrew the Air Cap on the fork. Connect your Shock Pump to the Schrader valve and add air based on your weight according to the provided table.

Slide the rubber "O" ring to the upper part of the fork stanchion tube.
- If your fork does not have the rubber "O" ring then you can place a zip-tie there to do this!
With the bike near a wall for your support gently get on the bike (without bouncing the front fork) and sit on the seat. Then, stand on the pedals with your shoulders over the handlebars. Slowly get off the bike
The suggested pressure range for this fork is 60-150 PSI (410kPa-1035kPa). Running pressures outside of this range may damage your fork!
Look at the location of the rubber "O" ring. A good standard sag adjustment is for the "O" ring to be down between 15% to 25% of the length of the stanchion tube.
- If the "O" ring has moved only 15% down release some air from your fork with the shock pump
- If the "O" ring has moved 30% add 10PSI more air with the shock pump.
- 10mm of travel is equal to 10%
Bounce on the fork again after adding air to equalize pressures in each chamber. Then return to "Step 2" and repeat until you have reached your desired sag!
